1. Account Usage & Account Security

• You must provide accurate registration details and maintain the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities conducted through your DripClip account.

2. Content Ownership & User Warranties

• Ownership: You retain full ownership of all source videos, graphics, text, and branding assets uploaded to DripClip. DripClip claims no ownership over your content.
• License Grant: You grant DripClip a limited license to store, process, reformat, and transmit your media solely for video rendering and social media publishing on your behalf.
• User Warranties: You represent and warrant that you own or possess all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for all media uploaded to DripClip, and that your content does not infringe on third-party intellectual property or violate platform community guidelines.

3. Prohibited Content & Usage

Users agree not to:

• Upload unauthorized copyrighted videos, music, or media.
• Publish illegal, harmful, hateful, or harassing content.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or bypass system rate limits or security controls.

4. Third-Party Platform Integrations

Automated publishing to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok is subject to the respective terms and API policies of each platform. DripClip is not responsible for publishing failures or content removals resulting from third-party platform policy enforcement or network outages.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual subscription basis.
• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through Account Settings, with access continuing through the end of the paid billing period.
