User Data Deletion Instructions
At DripClip (https://dripclip.agiledevelopers.net), users retain complete control over their account data, uploaded media, and connected social media accounts.
Option 1: In-App Self-Service Deletion (Instant)
To delete your account and all associated data directly within the DripClip app:
- Open DripClip and go to Profile / Settings.
- Select Account Settings.
- Tap Delete Account & Data and confirm.
What gets erased immediately:
- Your user profile and account credentials.
- All uploaded source videos, generated short clips, and subtitle files.
- All connected social media access tokens (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok).
- Push notification tokens.
Option 2: Online Data Deletion Request Form
If you cannot access your account, submit an online request or email privacy@agiledevelopers.net with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
Option 3: Facebook & Instagram Data Deletion Confirmation (Meta Compliance)
When DripClip is removed via Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, Meta sends an automated request to unbind access.
- Process: DripClip revokes access tokens, erases Meta account identifiers from active records, and provides a tracking confirmation code.
- To check deletion status, enter your Meta confirmation code below.
