User Data Deletion Instructions

Option 1: In-App Self-Service Deletion (Instant)

To delete your account and all associated data directly within the DripClip app:

1. Open DripClip and go to Profile / Settings.
2. Select Account Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account & Data and confirm.

What gets deleted:

• Your user profile and account credentials.
• All uploaded source videos, generated short clips, and subtitle files.
• All connected social media access tokens (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok).
• Push notification tokens.

Account and data deletion requests are processed according to our operational deletion procedures. A small amount of information may be retained where required by law or where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, accounting, or dispute resolution (for example, transaction records). See our Privacy Policy for details.

You can also disconnect a single platform instead of deleting your account. Disconnecting Google/YouTube deletes the stored authorization tokens and channel identifiers and stops all further API access. You may additionally revoke access from your Google Account permissions page.

Option 2: Online Data Deletion Request Form

If you cannot access your account, submit an online request or email privacy@agiledevelopers.net with the subject "Data Deletion Request".

Option 3: Facebook & Instagram Data Deletion Confirmation (Meta Compliance)

When DripClip is removed via Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, Meta sends an automated request to unbind access.

• Process: DripClip revokes access tokens, erases Meta account identifiers from active records, and provides a tracking confirmation code.
• To check deletion status, enter your Meta confirmation code below.
